Fleetwood Enterprises Inc.’s RV Group today (Jan. 9) announced new management appointments for its travel trailer and motorhome divisions.
Effective immediately, Chuck Wilkinson will move from his current position as vice president of motor home operations to become the vice president of Fleetwood’s travel trailer division. Fleetwood said he will oversee all areas of the division, including product development, manufacturing, sales and service.
The company also appointed John Draheim as vice president of Fleetwood’s motorhome division while also continuing in his current role as general manager of Fleetwood’s motorhome manufacturing facility at the company’s headquarters inRiverside, Calif.
“Together, Chuck and John have over 40 years of experience in the RV industry,” said Paul Eskritt, president of Fleetwood’s RV Group. “Moving them into these key management roles allows us to improve our overall operational focus and puts more concentrated attention back on the products for each respective RV Group division. In addition, we believe these new positions will result in better communication with our dealers and customers, which is always our ultimate goal.”
Wilkinson had also served as general manager of Fleetwood’s motorhome manufacturing complex in Decatur, Ind. That position will be filled by Matt Petrill, who served as general manager of the motorhome plant in Paxinos, Pa. until its recent consolidation.
