Recreational vehicle and manufactured housing builder Fleetwood Enterprises Inc. announced today (Aug. 13) that its executive vice president and CFO, Boyd R. Plowman, plans to retire effective Sept. 9.
Andrew M. Griffiths, 42, currently the senior vice president and chief accounting officer, will succeed Plowman.
Plowman, 65, who has spent 30 years at the company in several senior financial and general management positions, will be retained as a consultant for 12 months.
Griffiths joined Fleetwood as vice president-controller in February 2004. He was promoted to senior vice president and chief accounting officer in April 2006. Before working at Fleetwood, he was managing director for PricewaterhouseCoopers in Los Angeles.
