Fleetwood Enterprises Inc.’s RV Group presented 152 dealers with its 17th annual Circle of Excellence award in a Sept. 3 ceremony as part of its 2007 National Dealer Meeting at the Paris Hotel and Convention Center in Las Vegas.
Fleetwood said it awards the Circle of Excellence to dealers who received positive Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores from at least 93.5% of their customers surveyed.
“Our Circle of Excellence awards celebrate Fleetwood dealers who provide the ultimate in customer service and demonstrate the high value they place on their customer relationships and customer satisfaction,” said Paul Eskritt, president of Fleetwood’s RV Group.
Stewart’s RV, Saint Clairsville, Ohio, earned the distinction of being the only Fleetwood dealership to achieve CSI perfection every year since the inception of the Circle of Excellence program 17 years ago.
“People always want to know our secret,” said Bob Stewart, owner of Stewart’s RV and a Fleetwood dealer since 1950. “And I tell them there really is no secret. We just treat people the way we would want to be treated, and we never take advantage of any relationship we have – no matter how long we have known them.”
