Fleetwood RV Inc. announced the hiring of Fleetwood veteran Mark Inkrote as national sales manager for its value-priced Class A gas and Class C motorhome brands.

With over 25 years of experience in the RV industry, including 22 years at Fleetwood where he held various manufacturing, service and sales positions, Inkrote joins Justin Humphreys, national sales manager for the American Coach and Revolution brands, and Lenny Razo, national sales manager for the Class A diesel and Class A gas brands. Humphreys and Razo have worked for Fleetwood since 1998 and 2000, respectively.

Inkrote, Humphreys and Razo represent the sales component of Fleetwood RV’s new value stream system. The system, which includes representatives from the sales, manufacturing and product development organizations, was developed to reduce the time it takes to develop a new idea from a concept into a reality, according to a news release.

“The value stream process is really quite simple,” said John Draheim, Fleetwood president and COO. “The sales organizations, led by Mark, Justin and Lenny, gather ideas and feedback from our dealers and customers, and bring the information to the product development and manufacturing managers, where they all discuss the best way to implement the ideas in the most cost-effective and timely manner.”

Draheim continued, “A great example of the success of the value stream system is the new Encounter crossover motorhome. Using this process, from concept to delivery it took approximately 90-days to bring this exciting new motorhome to market. We believe this new structure, and the strength of the team involved in the process, will continue to result in better communication with our dealers and customers, as well as more competitive products, which are always our ultimate goals.”
