Adventure RV Center, a four-location dealership headquartered near Vancouver, Wash., went out of business around June 2 and its floorplan lenders have taken the company’s inventory, according to The Columbian newspaper of Vancouver, Wash.

John Deere Credit sued Adventure RV, claiming it is owed $313,000 by the company, which also had locations in Sequim and Shelton, Wash., and Yuma, Ariz.

Conseco Finance Servicing also loaned $8 million to Adventure RV. It is not clear how much Adventure RV currently owes Conseco, according to Carter Mann., Portland, Ore.-based attorney for Conseco.

Adventure RV was owned by Marvin Reeves of Ridgefield, Wash., and Victor and Lisa Ann Olivares of Bainbridge Island, Wash. Efforts by The Columbian to reach them were unsuccessful.
