Former Deere & Co. executive Joseph W. England, 60, joined the Winnebago Industries Inc. Board of Directors during the company’s annual meeting Tuesday night.

England worked for Deere for 39 years and his last assingment was as senior vice president of worldwide parts and corporate administration.

England replaces Fred Dohrmann, the former Winnebago chairman and CEO, who retired from the board.

Additionally, Richard C. Scott, 66, was re-elected to another three-year term on the Winnebago board.

Scott, a Winnebago board member since 1997, is vice president of university development for Baylor University, Waco, Texas.
