FreedomRoads LLC., the nation’s largest recreational vehicle retailer network, today (Oct. 6) announced the acquisition of Stout’s RV of Greenwood, Ind.
According to a press release, the acquisition further solidifies the company’s market position in the Midwest, and establishes a presence in the robust Indianapolis metropolitan market.
Currently, FreedomRoads operates 49 locations in 19 states with revenues well above $1 billion and sales volume exceeding 34,000 units.
Founded in 1979, Stout’s RV Sales is Indiana’s largest motorhome dealer. In 1990 a new facility was built at I-65 and Greenwood exit 99, a prime location on 15 acres.
According to FreedomRoads Chairman, CEO and Co-Founder Marcus Lemonis, “Stout’s is an ideal dealership in an important market, and the match could not be better. We are looking forward to integrating this excellent dealership into the FreedomRoads network.”
