Freightliner Custom Chassis Corp. (FCCC) has opened a new factory service center at its headquarters in Gaffney, S.C.
According to a press release, the 12,000-square-foot facility is an extension of FCCC’s nationwide service network that includes 400 service centers. The facilit Best Way To Make Your Ex Call You y has six bays dedicated to servicing FCCC products along with an overnight parking area for 12-15 motorhomes offering water and sewer capabilities, and Internet access.
Freightliner said the new service center also provides service and training for FCCC products and is being built in partnership with Spartanburg Technical College to offer educational and career opportunities for area residents.
“We recognized the need in the industry for more trained service technicians, and we acted on it,” said Dave Hoover, manager of customer support for FCCC.
“The service center underscores our leadership in the chassis business and our strong and still-growing presence in the Gaffney-Spartanburg area,” said Reid Bigland, FCCC president. “It provides new educational opportunities for the citizens of Cherokee County, and it will please our customers with the exceptional level of service it’s designed to provide.”
