Crowds check out the RV displays at last year’s Tampa Show

The Florida RV Trade Association (FRVTA) will host the 32nd Annual 2017 Florida RV SuperShow, set to run Jan. 17-22 at the Florida State Fairgrounds in Tampa. RV Industry Day will be held Jan. 17 from 10 a.m.-4 p.m and offering attendees complimentary coffee and donuts in the morning and a free lunch.  

The 2017 SuperShow will have representation from every major RV manufacturer as well as hundreds of accessory booths exhibitors.  “We will have more suppliers’ booths and every type, size and style of RV on the market,” said Marketing Director David Kelly in a press release. “With the addition of new entertainment and more seminars, we’re anticipating record crowds this year.  We’re also renewing the two-day pass so the public will have two full days to see everything at the SuperShow at no additional cost.”

Themed as “Maybe You CAN Take it With You,” the show will also feature exhibits by several of Florida’s campgrounds and resorts while a Camping World store will display a wide array of camping accessories and supplies.

Entertainment will include clowns and unicycle riders, barbershop quartets and bagpipe bands. In addition, a free shuttle service inside the SuperShow that will carry visitors from exhibit to exhibit. 

Seminars will be  presented throughout the day at the SuperShow. National RV writer Bob Marx host two seminars daily, “Tips for Buying an RV” and “Full Time & Extended RV Travel.” Additional seminars include basic RV maintenance, weight and tire issues, and the joy of RV caravaning.

The “Super Rally” will mark its 30th year at the SuperShow, open toall RV clubs and the general public. Amenities include free admission to the SuperShow all five public days, meeting facilities, free coffee and donuts every morning and seminars. Three nights of entertainment and refreshments are also included and will feature “The Rivoli Revue” music by Kay and Ron Rivoli, “Spittin’ Image” and a “Neil Diamond Tribute” from Keith Diamond.
