Fun Town RV will roll out a new service initiative today (Feb. 1), as customers will benefit from same day service, express check-in, and a staff of RVIA-certified technicians. 

According to a press release, the greatest advantage to service customers is the “no appointment necessary” policy before 2 p.m. The “mega center” campus, which sits adjacent to Fun Town’s corporate headquarters in Cleburne, Texas, encompasses more than 77 acres, features a five-lane check-in, a triage area, multiple repair bays, and a state-of-the-art customer lounge. 

Upon arrival at the facility, customers will be greeted by a triage specialist who will record their information and immediately route the unit into a service bay for repair or further assessment.   

According to Jay Belcher, Fun Town’s director of operations, “The biggest challenge for anyone who RV’s is getting their RV serviced or repaired quickly. We’re going to solve that problem for our customers and keep them camping.” 

Customers will be in and out the same day with their RV in most cases. Belcher stated, “There’s no other RV service facility in Texas that can provide this level of customer care. This is a true game changer.” 

Same day service and express check-in will only be offered at the in Cleburne. Service operations at Fun Town’s former service center ceased during the planning phase of the “mega center.”
