furrionlogoneFurrion, a globally-based supplier of high-end, RV and marine electronics, appliances and power system products, announced a new customer service call center, warranty and tech center.

Kristin Kostrzewski, recently hired as director of customer service, reported the transition of Furrion’s distribution center to a customer technical center. According to a press release, the facility will include an innovative testing center and warranty center.  

Furrion’s exclusive distribution agreement with Lippert Components Inc. for OEM and aftermarket sales to the RV, specialty vehicle and marine industries has provided the opportunity to align customer service, warranty and testing, the release stated. 

“It is our goal to enhance our customer service group to meet the needs of OEM and aftermarket sales” Kristin said. “This will include implementing an OEM field audit program working with OEM’s on proper installation and troubleshooting.”

The Furrion customer service team includes Aubrey Holland as warehouse manager, Mary Kate Griffey, Al Ferrer, Mark Rand as customer services representatives, and Brody Yoder as engineering technician.

Furrion is located in Elkhart, Ind., with facilities in the U.K., Hong Kong, Donguan China and Perth, Australia.
