Go RVing is bringing the freedom and comfort of RVing straight to the tailgate for a second year with the launch of its second Ultimate RV Tailgate campaign at college football games nationwide, according to an RVIA News & Insights post. This initiative will demonstrate to millions of sports fans and travelers why an RV is the ultimate way to enjoy game days — and every road trip beyond.
To inspire tailgaters and travelers nationwide, Go RVing is rolling out immersive marketing pop-ups at major college football games across the country, complete with a sweepstakes where fans can enter to win $10,000 towards an RV.
Following a standout debut, last year’s inaugural Ultimate RV Tailgate brought the best of the RV lifestyle directly to college football’s most passionate audiences. Now, the second annual campaign will build on that success by bringing the affordability and convenience of RV travel to millions of new fans nationwide.
Below are the 2027 Ultimate RV Tailgate dates and locations:
- Sunday, September 6, Wisconsin vs. Notre Dame; Lambeau Field, Green Bay, Wisc.
- Saturday, September 12, Ohio State vs. Texas; Austin, Texas
- Saturday, September 19, LSU vs. Ole Miss; Oxford, Miss.
- Saturday, October 3, Miami vs. Clemson; Clemson, S.C.
- Friday, October 9, Saturday, October 10, Oklahoma vs. Texas; Cotton Bowl Stadium, Dallas, Texas
- Saturday, October 24, Texas A&M vs. Alabama; Tuscaloosa, Ala.
The six pop-up activations throughout the season will highlight the amenities, convenience and flexibility of RV tailgating on game day. Pop-up events will begin before kick-off, and hours will change based on game day and time; more information will be available on the campaign website at least one week before each game.
