In partnership with LiveNation, Go RVing hosted an interactive RV display at the popular Jamboree in the Hills, the longest running country music festival in America that took place July 16-19 in Belmont, Ohio.
The festival, which featured 30 hours of live music from country music legends, current chart toppers and rising stars, drew 100,000 fans including 10,000 attendees who camped in RVs and tents at the on-site campground.
More than 3,300 people visited Go RVing’s display, which featured two RVs — a Skyline Layton Javelin 285BH by EverGreen RV and an XLR Hyperlite 29 HFS from Forest River Inc. – set up for consumer tours in a campground-like setting on the festival grounds. Accompanying the RVs were giant Jenga and Connect 4 games to attract and engage attendees.
“The strong affinity between country music and RVing was made clear by the popularity of the Go RVing display with the festival crowd,” said Go RVing’s Karen Redfern. “Our experiential marketing efforts continue to boost the awareness of RV travel and camping by providing an engaging introduction of the lifestyle to targeted audiences.”
