Oregon-based dealership Guaranty RV Centers has entered into a joint-venture marketing agreement with the Vineyards Country Club luxury RV resort in Boca Raton, Fla., the companies announced today (Dec. 16).
Under the agreement, the two companies will jointly market each other’s products. That means Guaranty will help market luxury RV homesites at the Vineyards and the Vineyards will help market Guaranty RV’s products and services.
Guaranty RV is a 40-year-old family-owned dealership with locations in Junction City and Coburg, Ore., and Gilroy and Indio, Calif. The value of its inventory generally is in excess of $80 million and it stocks models built by Fleetwood RV, National RV Holdings subsidiary Country Coach, Travel Supreme and Monaco Coach Corp.’s Monaco, Holiday Rambler, Beaver and Safari brands, among others. It also inventories conversions of Prevost buses.
Meanwhile, real estate developer CyberAds Inc. (CYAD) recently bought a 22% stake in the Vineyards and “it is in the process of acquiring other real estate holdings.”
The CYAD and Vineyards management teams believe the marketing agreement with Guaranty RV will “not only enhance the Vineyards customer experience and bring additional market exposure, but also increase sales and earnings on the Vineyards Country Club project.”
