Gulf Stream Coach Inc. has increased the company’s service center’s staff by 40% to “boost performance and enhance its response to inquiries.”
According to a press release, the Nappanee, Ind.-based full-line manufacturer recruited employees with strong backgrounds in customer service to bolster the department, headed by Bob Berardinelli, Gulf Stream’s director of service.
Berardinelli said Gulf Stream stresses training to improve problem-solving skills, noting, “We have great people who know their RVs and how to satisfy customers. They are eager to learn new concepts and improve their ability to respond to and to support dealers and retail customers.”
Gulf Stream said the department’s goals include having 90% of calls be live calls, and achieving 100% parts accuracy.
