Gulf Stream Coach Inc. is continuing construction of its new 15,000-square-foot welcome center for the Nappanee, Ind., company’s motorized division.
According to a press release, the facility will “serve as a first-class welcome center for dealers, RV customers and suppliers” along with housing administrative offices and internal meeting sites.
A projected move-in date is set prior to Gulf Stream’s new product show in mid-June.
Departments using the new building will include accounting, finance, marketing, dispatch, sales and administration, service and information services.
Gulf Stream said the first-floor entrance will feature a reception room for visitors and each floor will offer meeting and conference rooms. In addition, the second floor meeting room will be wired for multimedia presentations and computer training.
The current administration buildings will eventually be removed to make way for more traffic flow and to relieve congestion in the receiving area.
