At the recent RVX: The RV Experience awards night presentation in Salt Lake City, Nappanee, Ind.-based Gulf Stream Coach Inc. was awarded three prestigious Quality Circle Awards by dealer-members of the Recreational Vehicle Dealers Association.

According to a press release, the awards included a total of eight brands, and honored the production, quality, and service efforts of all three of the company’s manufacturing divisions.

The laminated trailer division earned recognition for the Vintage Cruiser and Vista Cruiser, winning for a third year in a row while conventional travel trailers Ameri-Lite, Conquest, Innsbruck, and Trailmaster brands were also honored. For the second year in a row, Gulf Stream’s motorized division earned Quality Circle status for its BT Cruiser and Conquest Class C motorhomes.

“Our ongoing success with the DSI Survey and the Quality Circle Award is a reflection of a companywide quality initiative now in its fourth year,” said Gulf Stream Coach President Phil Sarvari. “It’s also a result of our open lines of communication with dealers, who have provided priceless input that has helped us tailor our products to the changing demands and rising expectations of RV buyers.

“Ongoing improvements in processes and materials have made major contributions to our ability to produce top-quality products consistently while our unique independent in-house PDI operation has made Quality-Circle-Award-Level standards a way of life here. Last but not least, we know that programs and process improvements don’t build RVs, people do – And we’re very proud of the hard work, dedication, and commitment to quality of the workers of Gulf Stream Coach,” Sarvari added.
