Gulf Stream Coach Inc., continued its commitment to “flexible manufacturing” with two instructional conferences held Jan. 24 and Feb. 21 at the manufacturer’s complex in Nappanee, Ind.
Productivity Inc. led both training sessions, which included Gulf Stream production team leaders and select vendor representatives.
“The purpose of this event was to initiate, or rather indoctrinate,. supplier and RV manufacturing personnel to the concepts of flexible manufacturing: “5 S,” TPM, Visual Workplace and Lean Manufacturing,” said Brian Shea, president, Gulf Stream Motorized Division.
