Currently enjoying an upward growth curve while also launching a year-long celebration of its 35th year in business, Nappanee Ind.-based Gulf Stream Coach Inc. will introduce several new products along with enhancements across all its major product lines during next week’s Elkhart RV Open House.

In addition, the company will host meals, entertainment, and prizes from its display location on Executive Parkway, the main artery to the RV Hall of Fame. The display will be open 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. starting Monday (Sept. 18) through Thursday.

“Monday is traditionally ‘Gulf Stream Coach Day’ at the Open House, and is often one of our busiest days at the show. So we’ll be open all day long, with lunch and dinner for the crowd,” said Director of Marketing Paul Campbell in a press release.  “We’re also seeing a trend of dealers visiting our display multiple times during their stay, so we will have a chef on hand, room to relax in the shade of our huge tent, and stadium lighting set up so we can accommodate everyone, no matter what time is best for them.”

Product planners at all Gulf Stream divisions have worked closely with dealers to identify what RV customers are looking for, resulting in the new floorplans set to roll out at Open House.

“Dealers tell us that competitors’ products all look the same,” said Gulf Stream Executive Vice President Phil Sarvari.  “We’ve responded by going beyond traditional earth-tone fabrics and me-too floorplans with distinctive new colors, features and decors that give our dealers travel trailers and motorhomes their customers will fall in love with.  Our goal is to make customers’ eyes light up and smiles appear when they step inside a Gulf Stream Coach product.”

To meet rising demand, the company has initiated a program to increase overall production by 30% in the coming year, including physical changes to the production process, added production area, and expansion of the company’s PDI program.

“By offering some of the industry’s hottest, best-loved products, we’ve strengthened our dealer network with some of the top RV dealers in the industry over the past few years,”savari said. “Plus, by ramping up production, we’re giving our dealers the tools they need to increase both the rate and number of retail turns they can generate in the coming year. With that kind of strong upside opportunity available, we’re encouraging all Elkhart Open House attendees to stop at our display to see what Gulf Stream Coach can do for them.”
