Hart City RV Supercenter of Elkhart, Ind., and Crown RV of Ventura, Calif., have joined the Holiday Holdings LLC dealership alliance, Holiday Holdings President Marcus Lemonis announced.
Holiday Holdings Regional President John Mancinelli, a former Camping World executive, negotiated the deal to bring Hart City into the alliance, Lemonis said.
Hart City, with $40 million in annual sales, likely is the Elkhart area’s largest RV dealership, successfully promoting its short distance from the manufacturing plants of the companies it represents.
Generally believed to be Newmar Corp.’s largest dealer, Hart City also carries motorhomes and towables built by Monaco, Carriage, Keystone, Gulfstream and Pilgrim, all of which have factories within 40 miles of the dealership.
There will be a Camping World store to handle aftermarket parts and accessories sales at Hart City. The Camping World website states that its Hart City store will open this year and the website invites consumers to check back for a grand-opening date.
Crown RV has around $15 million in annual sales and is expected to grow after moving to a nearby, larger site, Lemonis said.
Crown RV will primarily stock units built by Fleetwood Enterprises Inc., he said.
Holiday Holdings Regional President Mike Stier negotiated the deal to bring Crown Rv into the alliance, Lemonis said.
Camping World is a subsidiary of Affinity Group Inc. (AGI), as is TL Enterprises Inc., publisher of RV Business and RVBUSINESS.com.
AGI Chairman Steve Adams is the founder of Holiday Holidngs.
