First shown as a concept truck at the Detroit Auto Show earlier this year, the 2001 Ford Super Duty F-650 SuperCrewzer will be available this fall.
Offered as an option package on F-650 Crew Cab models, the SuperCrewzer package includes a 300-horsepower Caterpillar 3126B diesel engine with 860 ft-lbs of torque, Allison 6-speed automatic transmission, a custom Reese 30,000-pound 5th wheel hitch and 20,000-pound receiver hitch, twin 65 gallon fuel tanks and exhaust brake.
SuperCrewzers have a 43,000-pound gross combined weight and 23,500-pound gross vehicle weight. Other SuperCrewzer features include an air-ride suspension, dual 12V batteries, two 7-way trailer connector points, electric trailer brake control, air compressor, storage box behind cab, and a cab with leather and wood trim.
The SuperCrewzer’s custom fiberglass body has an air foil cab extender and a low-profile vehicle height.
