Highland Ridge RV, a division of Jayco Inc., is partnering with Lazydays RV to showcase several new models at the 2018 Florida RV SuperShow, running Jan. 17-21 at the Florida State Fairgrounds. New models on display will include the Open Range, Mesa Ridge, and Highlander toy hauler brands. 

According to a press release, the company’s product development team has focused on affordable fifth-wheel units that can be towed by most half-ton trucks. New models debuting in Tampa include the Open Range Ultra Lite UF2804RK, offering an open concept, rear kitchen floorplan with extensive countertop space and ample storage, and carrying a UVW under 7,500 pounds. Sporting an exterior length just under 30 feet, the fifth-wheel features theater seating, a 60-inch by 80-inch queen bed with ample upper deck headroom and walk-around space, and windows in the slides for cross ventilation. 

Highland Ridge will also showcase the Ultra Lite UF2950BH fifth-wheel with an exterior length of 33 feet, 11 inches and UVW under 8,500 pounds. The 2018 Light LF291RLS fifth-wheel offers two residential full-sized pantries in the kitchen, a rear sofa, and theater sofa across from the TV. The Light LF291RLS is just under 32 feet with a UVW under 8,000 pounds. 

The product development team at Highland Ridge RV has also been focused on designing full-profile, luxury fifth wheel models offered at “attractive weights and price points,” the release stated. Debuting in Tampa, the Open Range OF314RLS offers a UVW of 10,685 pounds and exterior length under 36 feet. The full-profile luxury fifth-wheel includes a large galley style kitchen, rear sofa and available king bed slide with base MSRPs starting below $65,000. 

The new HF350 Highlander luxury fifth-wheel toy hauler will also be displayed in Tampa, sporting a UVW of 12,675 pounds and base MSRP starting under $67,000. The HF350 features 1 1/2 baths, a 12 foot, 6 inch garage, full-sized panty storage and party sofa slide.
