Lippert Components Inc. (LCI) announced the promotion of Caleb Holdread to business development manager within the RV Products Division.
According to a press release, Holdread will work with LCI RV divisions to provide products to new and existing customers. He will primarily focus on customer relations and will work with select accounts to identify products that will enhance the current offerings of LCI customer partners.
“I appreciate this opportunity and look forward to continuing to grow our customer partnerships,” stated Holdread. “I’m excited to hone in on key product lines that will be beneficial to our customers and RVers.”
Holdread started at LCI in 2008 in chassis quality control and later transferred to the RV sales team. In his role as RV chassis components product and sales manager, he focused on product strategy for several chassis components including RV steps, bike racks and other accessories.
“Caleb has shown a real talent for developing meaningful customer relationships and adding value to our customers. One of the many things that has contributed to this is his operational background. He is able to determine customer needs and use his experience to match them with the best fits within our capabilities,” commented Andy Murray, LCI vice president of sales, RV products. “This, combined with his follow through and positive attitude, makes Caleb a great contributor to our sales organization.”
