Holiday RV Superstores Inc., the retail chain doing business as Recreation USA, has restructured its operations by selling its Roseville, Calif., location and consolidating its two Orlando, Fla., metro area locations, according to Marcus Lemonis, chairman, president and CEO.
Lemonis’ goal is to consolidate the company’s Winter Garden, Fla., location into its Clermont, Fla., location effective Friday (Nov. 1).
The Clermont location, most likely, will be Holiday RV’s largest, generating $25 million to $30 million in annual sales revenue, Lemonis believes.
Holiday RV’s Clermont location was extensively damaged by fire during April 2001, but it was rebuilt and had its “soft” grand opening on Oct. 10, Lemonis said.
The official grand opening for the Clermont store is scheduled for Friday, he added.
Meanwhile, Holiday RV sold its Roseville, Calif., location a few weeks ago to Pan Pacific RV Centers, a multi-location dealership in California’s Central Valley. Pan Pacific now has three locations, Sacramento and French Camp, Calif., in addition to Roseville, a suburb of Sacramento.
As a result of the changes, Holiday RV now has six locations. In addition to Clermont, its stores are in: Bakersfield, Calif.; Lexington, Ky.; Las Cruces, N.M., Spartanburg, S.C., and Prosperity, W.Va.
