Emporia, Kan-based Hopkins Manufacturing Corp. announced the addition of Rick Stempien as vice president – sales. According to a press release, Stempien will lead and direct the sales activities for Hopkins with its leading market positions in the automotive and recreational vehicle aftermarket.

Most recently, Stempien was vice president of sales and marketing for Trico Products Corp., a leading producer of windshield wiper systems. In this position, Rick managed the sales & marketing activities and developed growth initiatives for the aftermarket business of Trico. Prior to Trico, he was vice president of sales for Fabsol, a supplier of rubber components to automotive and other OEM customers.
“Rick’s extensive sales management and automotive aftermarket experience is a great fit for working with the Hopkins customer base,” said Kraft.
