Coachmen Industries Inc. has named investment industry veteran Jeff Tryka to fill its newly created position of Director of Planning and Investor Relations, according to Executive Vice President and CFO Joseph Tomczak.
Tryka will be responsible for coordinating strategic and long-term planning processes for the RV and modular buildings producer. In his investor relations role, he will work with Coachmen’s shareholders, analysts, portfolio managers and the investment community.
His duties will include coordination of financial presentations, the annual report, quarterly earnings statements, other financial releases, and oversight of Coachmen’s investor relations website.
Previously, Tryka was a senior equity analyst with Delafield Hambrecht, a full-service investment bank in Seattle, where part of his duties was to analyze the RV industry.
In 2001, Tryka helped found Rainier Research, an independent research firm specializing in small-cap stocks. Prior to Rainier, he focused on analyzing the RV industry at Red Chip Review, which analyzed micro- and small-cap stocks.
Tryka is a certified financial advisor charter holder. He received a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Bucknell University and a master’s in business administration from Indiana University.
