MOORE Expo, an adventure travel show that takes place every April at the Missouri State Fairgrounds in Sedalia, Mo., announced that Jason Phelps has joined the leadership team.
“As we head into our eighth year of MOORE Expo, we’re ready to grow, and not just in size. We want to keep making this event better in every way possible. Bringing Jason onto the team full time gives us another person who genuinely cares about what we’re building. It means more attention to our exhibitors, a better experience for our attendees, stronger planning behind the scenes, and a fresh set of eyes looking at every part of MOORE Expo,” said MOORE Expo Founder & CEO Chris Holloway.
Phelps brings 27 years of project management, planning and leadership experience to the team. Most recently, he co-founded Power Sports Expo and has spent the past four years helping build and run that event alongside Holloway.
“More importantly, Phelps is just a damn good person,” Holloway said. “He cares about people, he cares about this industry, and he’s the kind of guy who shows up when something needs done. I’ve known what Jason brings to the table for a long time. Now I’m excited for everyone at MOORE Expo to experience it too.
We’ve got some big plans for year eight, and adding Jason full time is a BIG part of them.”
