Jim Howard, named vice president of sales for Country Coach in February, will now oversee all service operations for the company as well.
An industry veteran of 19 years, Howard’s background includes 13 years of management for Guaranty RV Centers, a dealership in Junction City, Ore., where he first became involved with Country Coach, now a subsidiary of National R.V. Holdings Inc., Perris, Calif.
“I am excited to be associated with a company respected not only for building America’s finest motorcoaches, but also for providing excellent service for our owners,” said Howard. “With the highly committed and experienced staff we already have in place, we are well positioned to build on Country Coach’s great reputation for service well into the future. The continuation of the success we are experiencing with our coach sales is dependent on providing the best service available anywhere.”
According to company President and Founder Bob Lee, “Sales and service really go hand in hand. We can manufacture the world’s finest motorcoaches but without the world’s finest service, we aren’t fulfilling our customers’ expectations. Jim has a proven track record in this area and I look forward to working closely with him to build a service program second to none.”
Howard assumes the service management responsibilities of Don Fults, who recently resigned from the company to pursue other interests.
