Jimbo & Company Announces $2M Expansion, 600 New Jobs

MIDDLEBURY, Ind. – Jimbo & Company Transport today, Dec. 10, announced in a press release significant expansion plans for 2026, supported by strong growth projections and increased demand in the RV transportation sector.

The company is investing more than $2 million in expanded yard capacity and advanced technology infrastructure to enhance efficiency, scalability and service quality for OEMs, dealers and manufacturers across North America, the release continued.  This strategic investment positions Jimbo & Company Transport to better support rising RV production volumes and tighter delivery timelines.

As part of this growth initiative, Jimbo & Company Transport will create over 600 new contractor opportunities in the Middlebury area, strengthening the local workforce and supporting the broader RV manufacturing ecosystem in Northern Indiana.  These new positions will help meet increasing transport demand while maintaining the company’s commitment to safety, reliability, and on-time performance.

“2026 is shaping up to be a milestone year for our company, our contractors, and the Middlebury community,” said the company’s leadership.  “This expansion reflects our long-term commitment to the RV industry and our partners who rely on us to deliver finished units efficiently and professionally.”

Jimbo & Company Transport has been serving the RV and trailer transportation market for more than a decade, specializing in the movement of travel trailers, fifth-wheels, and other towable units across the continental United States and Canada.
