Curomax Limited recently announced that it reached an agreement with Key Recreation Lending to provide its slate of on-line products and services.
According to a press release, Key Recreation Lending, a division of Cleveland, Ohio-based KeyBank NA, expects to be offering the Curomax lending platform to recreational vehicle and marine dealers by the end of 2005.
“Key Recreation Lending is pleased to offer this Internet-based option as another delivery channel for dealers,” said Grant Skeens, president and CEO of Key Recreation Lending.
Mississauga, Ontario, Canada-based Curomax said its platform allows dealers to submit transactions to the lender of their choice, obtain on-line, real-time credit decisions, update deal status and produce all necessary lender contract documentation.
In addition to the partnership with Curomax, Key Recreation Lending also announced a restructuring of the company’s upper management.
Changes include:
• Kenneth R. Landon assumed the newly created role of chairman. Landon was named president and CEO of Key Recreation Lending in 1987.
• Skeens was named president and CEO. He also retains his position as president and CEO for Key AutoFinance.
Kevin von Busch was named senior vice president and national retail sales leader.
• Busch joined Key in 1999 and previously led the company’s commercial financial services group.
• Gregg Strong, currently commercial business leader for Key AutoFinance, now also assumes the role of senior vice president and national commercial sales leader for Key Recreation Lender’s commercial financial services business.
