Goshen, Ind.-based Keystone RV Co. will again be offering a technician training scholarship program for 2015. The initiative, running in in conjunction with the RVIA/RVDA technician training program, is designed to encourage ongoing technician certification for Keystone dealers along with fellow Thor Industries Inc. subsidiary Dutchmen Manufacturing Inc.’s retail partners.
“The initiative is designed to help assure the availability of certified RV technicians now and into the future,” stated Randy Mast, Keystone vice president of customer service, in a press release. “This is the second year we have made this generous scholarship program available to our dealer service staff partners.
“We believe strongly that technician certification is one of the key drivers of customer satisfaction and is very important to the long-term success of our industry. Well educated technicians diagnose and perform repairs correctly the first time leading to less down time for the customer and fewer returns for repeat repairs.”
The program is open to all Keystone and Dutchmen service and selling dealers in the United States and Canada.
Applications will available through Dec. 12. Contact Keystone RV at (877) 886-7783 or [email protected].
