David L. Webster will retire as chairman, president and CEO of Drew Industries Inc. subsidiary Kinro Inc. by the end of the year.
According to Drew, Jason D. Lippert will assume responsibility for the operations of Arlington, Texas-based Kinro while continuing as chairman, president and CEO of Drew’s Lippert Components Inc. unit based in Goshen, Ind. Both companies are component suppliers to the recreational vehicle and manufactured housing industries.
“We thank David for his 30 years of outstanding service as Kinro’s leader,” said Leigh J. Abrams, Drew’s CEO. “And we wish him well in his retirement. Under David’s management, Kinro has realized exceptional growth in sales and profits by increasing market share, introducing new products and completing accretive acquisitions.”
Lippert has more than 14 years of service with Goshen, Ind.-based Lippert Components. He has served as president and CEO of Lippert since 2003, and as chairman of Lippert and director of Drew since 2007.
“We have worked side-by-side with Kinro management for years, and we admire their extensive knowledge of our industries, their tenacity, and their ability to excel even in difficult times,” said Lippert.
White Plains, New York-based Drew, through its Kinro and Lippert affiliates, supplies a range of components to the recreational vehicle and manufactured housing industries. The company operates from 36 factories located throughout the United States.
