Kampgrounds of America, Inc. (KOA) opened its 2025 Convention & Expo in Raleigh, N.C., today (Nov. 18) with the theme, “Rally in Raleigh.”
More than 700 KOA owners, operators and staff are expected to attend the event, which runs through Thursday.
Hundreds of attendees took part in KOA’s Welcome Reception and First Timers event on Monday (Nov. 17) evening. Both of the receptions were located along Raleigh’s cobblestone streets, complete with local food and live entertainment.
To kick off the convention, Toby O’Rourke, CEO of KOA, and other KOA officials will take the stage to review the past year’s performance, spotlight industry trends and share strategies that will accelerate the system into 2026.
There will also be a keynote address from Monster Jam driver Bryce Kenny. Renowned for his adrenaline-packed performances in the Mohawk Warrior truck, Bryce also brings a powerful off-track resume as an entrepreneur, author, and motivational speaker. His book, Gear Up: Discover the Champion Mindset, and his nonprofit, Driven to Give, underscore his commitment to leadership and purpose. Bryce’s message on shifting gears, embracing change, and keeping teams running at peak performance aligns with KOA’s focus on elevating campground operations and strengthening system-wide unity.
Throughout the day, educational sessions will be hosted on a variety of topics. The KOA Owners Association is hosting its annual reception on Tuesday night.
