KPA, in conjunction with the Mike Molino RV Learning Center, will host a webinar on Dec. 7 from noon to 1 p.m. (EST) on how to successfully roll out an effective handbook.
Dealers attending the webinar will learn:
- What a handbook really needs to be these days.
- Why you should have one.
- What should be in a handbook.
According to a press release, Brianna Stashak, a KPA HR consultant, will conduct the webinar. She has six-plus years of experience in HR management consulting. Before joining the KPA team, she specialized in healthcare HR. Stashak works closely with KPA clients, ranging from small businesses to large national companies, to successfully implement their KPA HR management system and help them with compliance. She holds a bachelor’s in workforce psychology and SHRM-CP certification.
