KPA, in conjunction with the Mike Molino RV Learning Center, will host a webinar on Sept. 21 at noon (EDT) examining what steps every employer can take to reduce liability and encourage better behavior in the workplace.

According to a press release, KPA’s Kathryn Carlson and Christina Johnston will head up the webinar, which will include a Q&A session on interesting ethical challenges.

Attendees will learn:

  • Why ethics in the workplace matter
  • The critical role of management
  • How to train employees on ethical decision making

Carlson is the vice president of HR nanagement products at KPA. She has 25-plus years of human resource management experience and is a certified HR professional. For the past 13 years she has focused on developing HR software that improves efficiency, reduces risk and ensures compliance for companies ranging from small businesses to international corporations.

Johnson, SHRM is KPA’s lead human resources consultant. She has 20-plus years of HR management, benefits management, and consulting experience. System implementations, new vendor implementation, process improvement, and benefit plans are her specialties.
