The Middleton, R.I.-based supplier also reported a 70% increase in net income for the company’s second quarter, ended June 30, on 17% sales growth.
The manufacturer of navigation equipment for the RV and military sectors recorded $1.7 million in income for the quarter compared with $1 million in earnings a year ago while revenues during the period rose to $22 million from $18.8 million.
“Our second quarter results exceeded both our top and bottom line expectations, in part due to the resurgence in our sales to the RV marketplace and the level of demand in the worldwide marine market for our mobile communication products and services,” said CFO Pat Spratt.
