Multilocation dealership La Mesa RV Center will open new locations in the Salt Lake City and Spokane, Wash., areas, the San Diego firm announced.
La Mesa has acquired the property and building now used by Intermountain RV at 4225 South 500 West in Murray, Utah, and the property and building now occupied by Foretravel Northwest at 23501 E. Knox Ave. in Liberty Lake, Wash.
Both sites will become La Mesa RV Center locations for sales and service of new and used motorhomes, travel trailers and fifth-wheels.
“The Salt Lake location offers us a strategic ability to continue to provide RVers with a choice throughout the entire western U.S.,” said James Kimbrell, founder and CEO of La Mesa. “La Mesa RV plans to enmesh our culture of family, fun and memories as new customers come to us from the greater Salt Lake area.”
Similarly, Kimbrell said, the Spokane location “offers a strategic link in the ability to provide RVers with a familiar choice from the southern to the northern borders of the United States.”
The new sites will bring to 11 the number of La Mesa locations. Its others are in San Diego, Davis, Acton and San Bernardino, Calif., Coburg and Portland, Ore., and Mesa, Tucson and Yuma, Ariz.
