In his role as Special Projects Manager, Norm Jacobson treasures what has become quite the tradition at Lance, noting, “We have the great pleasure and opportunity each year to take a group of dealers that attain specific performance criteria, on an all expenses paid vacation to some of the world’s most desired and exciting locals.”
According to a press release, the group was based in Dublin for the week, the agenda was nicely paced with very informational tours of the city, St. Patrick’s Cathedral, Jamison Whiskey brewery, a day trip to Belfast and tour of the Titanic museum and the final nights private tour and dinner atop the Guinness Storehouse’s famous Gravity Bar, complete with surprise entertainment by one of Ireland’s best tenors.
“This year, key supplier partners Lippert Components and Wheeler advertising also participated on the trip, which was very special for all involved and we thank them so very much for their support and friendship,” said Director of Marketing Bob Rogers.
Jack Cole, President and CEO added, “these trips are a very special chance for us to not only reward our key dealer partners for reaching significant performance objectives, but also a unique chance to spend some quality time with them and their guests, away from the daily stresses of the business and establish or build on great relationships, while enjoying all there is to see and do around the world. We are so glad we are able to continue hosting our annual dealer trip, even when times were a lot tougher, we kept doing them… many of our dealers are appreciative of this and really look forward to them, as we do too.”
The trip for 2015 has been scheduled for the island of St. Kitts in the Caribbean.
