Lance Camper Manufacturing Corp. reported strong sales during the recently completed California RV Show at the Pomona Fairplex. According to a press release, Galaxy Camper represented the builder’s truck campers while Richard’s Boat & RV handled sales of Lance’s travel trailers and toy haulers.
“This year’s show was a huge success for us, with nearly a 100% increase in sales over last year,” said Gary Conley, national sales manager for Lancaster, Calif.-based Lance. “Traffic was up and customers were in the buying mood.”
Lou Bonessa Jr., Lance regional sales manager, added, “All three product segments were well received, especially the new travel trailer design, and our dealers did a great job managing the heavy traffic during the weekends and were very pleased with the show overall.”
Lance also had strong interest and participation in the KTLA “Win A Lance Travel Trailer” sweepstakes, where one lucky entrant will win a brand new 1575 Lance Ultra-Light Travel Trailer from Lance and $1,000 parts and service certificate from Richardson’s RV.
“KTLA did a great job promoting the sweepstakes and we look forward to marketing to those prospects now that the show has ended, noted Director of Marketing Bob Rogers.
