Lazydays RV announced that Victor J. Doran is joining the dealership as its new vice president of service, effective March 12.

According to a press release, Doran joins Lazydays from Navistar Inc., where he was vice president, dealer and customer support responsible for service support across a network of 760 dealers in the U.S. and Canada. Doran brings over 20 years of extensive experience in fixed operations and service support.

“I am pleased to welcome Victor to the Lazydays team,” stated Bill Murnane, chairman and CEO of Lazydays. “Victor’s long experience and deep understanding of service operations in a large dealership network will allow him to have a long and lasting impact on our business. Victor is the ideal person to lead our effort to create a national service network that provides a best-in-class experience for each and every customer.”

Doran will lead RV service teams in all current and future Lazydays’ locations. He will report directly to Murnane. “This is an exciting time to join Lazydays.  I look forward to using my experience to help Lazydays service operations continue to grow our position as a leader in the RV industry,” said Doran.
