Lazydays RV is coasting into one of fastest growing business areas in Murfreesboro, Tenn., a 160-acre commercial subdivision named West Point.

The Murfreesboro Post reported that the planning commission approved a preliminary plat for a new industrial lot located along Beasie Road off New Salem Highway at Interstate 24.

“We are very excited to bring the Lazydays brand and its best-in-class customer experience and service excellence to the Murfreesboro market,” said Ron Fleming, Lazydays vice president and national general manager Ron Fleming. “Murfreesboro sits in one of the fastest growing regions in the United States and it, along with the entire state of Tennessee, has a very large community of outdoor enthusiasts. We are thrilled to expand our footprint in the state of Tennessee.”

Lazydays looks to close on the land in the fall and plans to immediately start construction, Harney said. It wants to build a 40,000- to 50,000-square-foot showroom and service center.
