Stephan King, a CPA and partner at Moss Adams LLP, will deliver a series of web seminars that focus on “Managing Through the Crisis.” The first in the series, hosted by the RV Learning Center, is dedicated to cash management.
The series will be held over the course of three days on March 3, 5, and 12, all at 1 p.m. Eastern. Each web seminar is 60 minutes long with 15 minutes allocated for Q&A.
According to the Recreation Vehicle Dealers Association (RVDA), the entire three-part series costs $99 and each individual web seminar is $39. Non-member prices are $139 for the entire three-part series, and $54 for each individual web seminar.
The series begins with “10 Secrets to Dealership Financial Success,” an overview of best practices for dealerships with a focus on today’s issues and challenges. Session two, “Cash Uses and Resources,” will cover practical ideas and tactics to create a cash reserve, and quickly improve your dealership’s cash flow performance.
During the third session, “Budgeting and Forecasting,” King will explain how to a use an Excel spreadsheet to model monthly and daily cash flow reports. An Excel cash flow template is included in the registration fee.
