A California-based attorney and web site operator has scheduled a Lemon Law Conference for March 1 and 2 in La Jolla, Calif.
The organizer is Jonathon Corn, a defense attorney from Del Mar, Calif., who launched the RVDefense.com web site last summer.
The conference is open to all RVDefense.com subscribers and other interested persons who meet RVDefense.com membership guidelines.
Corn hopes the lemon law conference will become an annual event.
RVDefense.com membership is open to RV industry executives and defense attorneys interested in warranty litigation.
The conference will take place at the Hilton La Jolla at Torrey Pines. Topics will include: cutting-edge litigation strategies; litigation avoidance strategies; the latest developments in warranty and consumer protection laws; responding to consumer demand letters and complying with state branding and disclosure statutes.
The meeting on March 1 will be from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and the gathering on March 2 will be from 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Continental breakfast, snacks and lunch will be provided.
It is possible to register online at www.rvdefense.com.
RVDefense.com membership costs $250 a year. A 60-day free trial period is available.
Corn launched the site so it could serve as “a forum for the exchange of strategies and ideas between members of the RV industry, defense attorneys and other persons who qualify for access to the (web) site.”
