Limousine and specialty vehicle builder Krystal Enterprise, Brea, Calif., showed a 23-foot Class B coach built on imported Dodge Sprinter chassis at the recent RV Dealers Convention in Las Vegas with plans to add an 18-footer to the new line. “With our experience in the limousine and specialty vehicle markets, we were able to come into the Class B sector with a product that was high quality and offered some new innovations,” said Don Kelley, marketing and sales manager, noting that the company entered the Class C market last year with two models built on Ford F550 chassis. The Krystal 170 Class B, powered by a fuel-efficient, 154-hp, 3.0-liter V-6 Mercedes-Benz diesel engine, sports a five-speed transmission and 170-inch wheelbase. The exterior is set off by a complete ground effects kit while fascia surrounds the entire top of the coach to hide the A/C and other components. Other features include a raised utility area for hookups, radius cherry cabinets, Mercedes grill and badging and a bathroom that is one foot wider than traditional B coaches with a curved door. MSRP is $103,000, fully equipped with no options.
