Eddie Rackleff joined the LCI team in 2008 and has more than 20 years of industry experience. Since that time he has increased sales and built strong relationships with a diverse mix of LCI customers from across the United States. In his new role as director of sales, Rackleff will manage LCI’s west coast revenue growth strategy for multiple industries and products, and will manage a team to fulfill that strategy.

Brian Hess joined the LCI team in 2013 as chassis product manager and assumed responsibility for the Chassis Sales team shortly thereafter. In his new role as director of sales & product manager, Brian will oversee the day-to-day activities of the chassis sales team and continue to guide RV chassis product development, working alongside chassis operations teams. Hess will spend time with customers, listening to the needs of the market and work closely with the LCI research and development team to develop products to fill those needs.

Jeff Cowan joined the LCI team in 2010 as a member of the window operations team and has expanded skills and experience through additional responsibilities since that time. In his new role as director of sales & product manager, Cowan will oversee the day-to-day activities of the body sales team and guide RV window product development, working alongside RV window operations teams.

Caleb Holdread started at LCI in 2008 in chassis quality control. He immediately showed a keen aptitude for customer care and was ultimately moved to the LCI RV sales team. In his new role as RV chassis components product & sales manager, Holdread will maintain many of his current accounts and begin to focus more on product strategy for several chassis components including RV steps, bike racks and other accessories.

Jamie Reidy joins LCI with a solid background in sales and sales training from the highly competitive pharmaceutical industry. A University of Notre Dame graduate and veteran of the United States Army, Jamie recently relocated from California to South Bend to join the LCI awning team. As awning product manager, Reidy will direct awning product strategy in all markets including RV OEM, aftermarket and international.

Scott McKinnon has many years of product development experience in the RV industry at every level from supplier and OEM, to aftermarket. He joined the LCI team in 2012 as RV & specialty sales manager and helped bring LCI’s In-Wall Slide-Out into the heavy trucking industry. In his new role as laminated product & sales manager, McKinnon will manage several key RV accounts, develop the heavy truck In-Wall Slide-Out program and drive product strategy and innovation for entry, ramp and luggage doors.
