Goshen, Ind.-based Lippert Components Inc. (LCI) will launch several new products for specialty trailer OEMs and assemblers at the 2012 National Association of Trailer Manufacturers (NATM) Show in Fort Worth, Texas, running Feb. 8-10.

“The wide range of products we will be introducing at this year’s NATM Show include newly acquired products, as well as products developed from our expanded emphasis to engineer custom solutions for the specialty trailer industries,” said Andrew Pocock, director of LCI’s Specialty Trailer Group. “In August 2011, we acquired the window and door business of Starquest Products LLC and its affiliate Qualitec Manufacturing LLC. Their extensive product line and manufacturing capabilities made them an excellent fit, and we look forward to showcasing their specialty trailer and horse trailer windows and doors at this year’s NATM Show.”

• Infinite Hinge System for ramp doors: LCI’s new Infinite Hinge replaces bulky and cumbersome spring and cable designs of conventional trailer ramp door systems with an enclosed torsion-based hinge. The new hinge system allows for adjustment with a simple socket wrench of up to 80 pounds of lift.

• Correct Track Trailer Alignment System: Lippert’s new alignment system is designed to significantly reduce vibration in the trailer, allowing the consumer to correct the alignment of the suspension. Additional benefits of correct alignment are reduced passenger fatigue, improved gas mileage, dramatically improved tire life and a reduction of wear on suspension components within the coach.

• Never Fail Bushings: The spring and shackle bushings are maintenance free, permanently lubricated and guaranteed to resist failure. Made of modified polyamide, Never Fail Bushings are significantly less expensive and substantially more durable than wet bolts with bronze bushings that can become worn over time.
