A Jan. 23 “wall-to-wall” liquidation sale is set for the assets of towable builder Sun Valley Inc. at the company’s headquarters in Howe, Ind.
A listing by auctioneer Bartel & Co. on its website cites the sale of 12 fully furnished office suites, tools, saws and other machinery along with lumber and raw materials.
“The real estate, laminating equipment and drawbridge scaffolding will also be on sale,” said Brad Hooley, chief auctioneer, broker, developer and owner of Middlebury, Ind-based Bartel & Co.
There will be an open house on Jan. 22 for inspection by potential bidders. The liquidation on Jan. 23, featuring three auction rings, will start at 9 a.m.
Sun Valley was formed in January 2000 when President Mark Romanetz and partner Dan Morrison purchased the assets of Sun-Lite Inc., Bristol, Ind.
The company moved three times as it grew before opening its approximately 150,000-square-foot Howe facility in 2006.
Sun Valley produced the Rattler SURV, Road Runner and X-Treme travel trailer and fifth-wheel lines, along with Sun-Lite and Apache truck campers.
