Little Dealer, Little Prices has chosen to build in Prescott Valley for its new northern Arizona site.

As reported by the Prescott Valley Tribune, owner Debbie Brunoforte remembers camping and traveling all over Arizona – most of the time in her family’s Coleman camp trailer. “We spent the most time in that,” she recalled.

That idyllic fixture in her memory helped shape what has become one of the state’s premier RV dealerships. Little Dealer, Little Prices will celebrate a partial opening around April and the facility will see completion by fall.

The 18,500-square-foot showroom will sit on the southeast corner of Highway 69 and Truwood Drive.

The projected taxable sales could reach $18.3 million per year beginning in 2016; the town of Prescott Valley will make assessment payments from its general fund on behalf of the developer with no sales tax refunds.

“Our vision for that dealership is to be a regional, full service RV facility. We hope to pull customers from northern and central Arizona,” Brunoforte said.

The dealership will offer a storage facility combined with a concierge service.
