The all-aluminum VRV Quicksilver folding camping trailer by Livin’ Lite Recreational Vehicles LLC offers the hauling capabilities of a cargo trailer mated with the living conveniences of a traditional RV. Arkansas native Tom Brawley, who designed the camper, partnered with Wakarusa, Ind.-based Livin’ Lite to bring the concept to market. “In today’s economy, versatility is key and our VRV is about as versatile as they come – all in an ultra-lightweight design that can be towed by a large number of vehicles,” said Brawley. The VRV Quicksilver is equipped with 6 foot 5 inch interior height capable of hauling ATVs with roll-cages along with multiple exterior colors highlighted with diamond plate accents and custom aluminum fenders. The all-new VRV is available in two floorplans, including a spartan 5-by-12 model with tip-out bunks designed for a single motorcycle or ATV with a dry weight of 1,100 pounds. Offering more amenities, VRV is also packaged in a 7-by-16 unit with a dry weight of 2,100 pounds featuring double tip-out bunks and living quarters that include aluminum cabinetry, closets and a private commode room. MSRPs on the VRV are $5,999 for the smaller version and $11,999 for the roomier model. Livin’ Lite is planning to add an 8 1/2-by-22 model with dual tip-out bunks, living quarters and fold-up sofa and dinette for maximum cargo capacity.
