REV Recreation Group, a division of REV Group Inc., announced the retirement of Pat Terveer, vice president, general manager of REV’s Class A motorhome division, effective June 1. Terveer’s career in the RV industry spanned 40 years.
Terveer started his career with Fleetwood Enterprises Inc. in 1975 and capped it off over the past 18 months with Decatur, Ind.-based REV Recreation Group. According to a press release, his extensive industry experience and product development knowledge has helped “reshape the REV product offering and better meet customers changing needs.”
Terveer will stay on with REV as a consultant through the end of the year to continue to implement sales and product development plans as well as help through a transition period to new leadership. With Terveer’s retirement, REV has appointed Bill Reith as vice president, general manager. Reith joined REV in 2016 as vice president of corporate operations. Most recently, he has been the vice president of REV operations where he successfully led several operational and quality improvements.
Over the last 18 months Reith has worked extensively with the sales and product development teams on the product portfolio and business strategy. Prior to joining REV, Reith spent 18 years at Caterpillar with progressive leadership roles in operations, supply chain, procurement, engineering, and general management.
He holds an MBA from Marquette University and a bachelor’s in operations management from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
